Setting the Logo for the Customer Portal Login Page and Email Use:

• Under ‘General Settings’, the first thing you will see is a space to upload your logo
• The size should be at least 600 x 150 to ensure all outgoing emails are styled the same as your other branding/promotional material

Setting the Logo on the Customer Portal Home Page:

• Go to Settings > Customer Accounts > Customer Account Settings > Design & Content.
• Upload the file in the Accounts Menu Logo section
• Adjust the logo as needed. Ensure it meets the following specifications:
  • Max Size: 2MB
  • Width < 500 px
  • Height < 100 px
  • For a square image, the best size is 99 × 99 px.
