Migration From Stripe to UdioPay
Overview
This guide will walk you through adding a migration specialist to your Stripe account to facilitate credit card data migration to UdioPay. Before we can begin migrating your data, you need to:
- Register with UdioPay (if not already done)
- Add our migration specialist (dmitry.ulupov@udiosystems.com) to your Stripe account with the appropriate permissions
- Notify us once the user has been added and has accepted the invitation so we can begin the migration process
This ensures our team has the necessary access to safely and securely migrate your payment data while maintaining proper audit trails and security controls.
Adding a User to Stripe Account with Migration Specialist Permissions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to Stripe Dashboard
- Navigate to https://dashboard.stripe.com/
- Log in with your administrator credentials

Step 2: Access Team Settings
- Click on the 'cog' icon in the top-right corner
- In the opened window, click on Team and security

Step 3: Invite New Team Member
- On the Team and security page, click the Add member button (usually located on the right)
- A new dialog or form will appear

Step 4: Enter Email Address and select permission
- In the Email address field, enter:
dmitry.ulupov@udiosystems.com - Verify the email address is correct before proceeding
- In the Support roles block select Data migration Specialist role
- Ensure no other roles selected
- Click Send invite

Our specialist will receive the account invite and will process data migration.
Please note: migration of data can take several weeks, depending on the Stripe's team load.
