Dynamic Pricing allows businesses to charge different pricing for Weekend and Weekday as well as certain class times and Early Bird Pricing.

How to set up

-      Update your permissions to include ‘Dynamic Discount Rules (full)

-     The price in your packages is set as your highest price.

-      Dynamic Discount Rules is under Financial Settings – Discounts

-      Add New Dynamic Pricing

• Rule Name eg Weekday
• Discount Percentage (this is the discounted rate for weekday)
• Active from and to date
• Active from and to time
• Select the days this discount applies to
• Leave Status as Active
• Select your facilities this discount applies to
• Select the courses this discount applies to
• Select the packages this discount applies to

-      Confirm

Repeat if you are discounting other days and times

Please Note:

-      Once the fees are raised, there is no automatic adjustment when a move is performed

-      Fees are raised in advanced and Udio will look at each session and calculate the fee/discount

-      Make Ups can be booked either weekday or weekend
