Event Activity
Now and again, customers will query an activity such as movements, booking a regular lesson, paid/raised invoices or an email that wasn’t received. To view all activity on an account:- Go to the student’s ‘people’ page
- Click on ‘view activity’ under member details
- You can resend an email or view the activity during a period of time or a type of activity
