Updating pricing

If you are updating the pricing of your current packages DO NOT delete the current pricing as it should remain for historical information.

To adjust the pricing for existing packages, go to Settings.


Under Packages & Purchasing:

  • Click configure packages, pricing and availability
  • Locate the package you want to update and click Manage Pricing
  • Click 'Add New Pricing Option'
  • Valid from:
  • Price (including tax):
  • Tax rate (%):
  • Facilities:
  • Confirm:

This will adjust the price accordingly. Repeat for all packages that need updating.

To check all the pricing updates, go to Setting - Facilities

  • Configure facilities
  • Select the facility
  • All pricing will be viewed under Package Prices with the start date of the price
  • If incorrect, go back and update to the correct pricing
