Sending Emails
Send Mass Email
You can send a Mass Email to customers.
You must create the Email template first.
To create your Template.. Settings - Emails & Notifications - Email Templates - New Template
Once created... Settings - Emails & Notifications - Send Email
- Click on Send Emails
- Select the relevant Email template, update the Event type and who to send to if required
- Proceed
- Click on the magnifying glass and select your filters and update
- Filter
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to continue, check the information including the template selected
- Proceed
The next page will display the number of recipients, enter the number of Recipients - 'Send xx Emails'
Send Email to an individual
You can go to the People page and click on 'Send Email' - select the Email template to be sent. Check the information and Confirm.
Send Email from a Session
On occasions there may be a need to send an Email to certain sessions.
Ensure you create the Email Template via Settings - Emails & Notifications - Email Template - New Template
Go to the Session you need to contact click on the 'Send Email' and follow the prompts.
Reports
All information about what emails are sent are recorded in View Activity on the People page and the All Activity Report.
