Returning School Holiday Programme vouchers

If you have to to cancel your School Holiday Program you can return the vouchers so the customer can use the vouchers for the next School Holiday program you run.

If you want to extend the expiry date of the School Holiday Programme vouchers, go to Settings - Packages & Purchases - Configure Voucher Types - update your expiry date - Confirm

Sessions - 'Cancel Sessions' - select the Holiday Programmes sessions only. Do not include them in the regular booking's courses'.

If you are only cancelling a single day or two click SELECT, if you are cancelling the whole week click 'SELECT SERIES'.

Select option 3 - Cancel Sessions & Bookings, give credits & return vouchers. Include a 10.00 credit value (it will not apply a credit as Holiday Programme is not a Regular Booking.

This will return any make ups used along with adding the Holiday vouchers onto a swimmers account.

Once you have completed the returning of vouchers ensure you update the expiry date of the School Holiday voucher.

Customer wants a refund or credit instead

When a customer doesn't want the vouchers to remain and wants a credit, you will need to remove the Holiday vouchers and apply a credit to the customers account.
