Vouchers Summary

The Vouchers Summary displays in a grid system all voucher types in your Business along with the count for each type.

Definitions

Expiry from and up until: Those are only for the date of the expiry. Note: If voucher does not have expiry, they won't be shown if those dates are set.

Allocated: Voucher has been allocated to a Session.
Available: The voucher is available to be used before the expiry date
Expired: The voucher was not used prior to the expiry date.

Allocated + Available + Expired = Total Vouchers

Allocated, can we identify if they have been used historically or allocated to future lessons?: Yes. We need to schedule work to include 'Allocated for future sessions' choice in the 'Include' filter.
