All Activity

There are two places to view all the customer's events and activity. You can view this information of the People page under Member Details. 

This report allows you to filter on an 'event', 'facility' and 'date range'. This report will help you understand interactions your customers are making with your business, such as how many times a make up is booked.

This report will include all Mass Emails and SMSs sent out.
