Hope everyone is doing well at this time. Please remember that we are here to help with clean up questions that you may have.

If you are entering closure dates in, please ensure that you have entered the dates for the next billing period of May so your customers aren’t charged.

How do you reopen your swim school?

We are currently developing a script that we will be able to run when you have been told you can reopen that will charge customers for the period from reopen to your next billing date.

We are also looking at how to extend make up expiry dates.

We will update you on these when they have been developed along with any instructions.

What has happened during March and April?

As we have shared in previous emails, it’s business as usual for us and we are continuing to work on our backlog.

Attendance Sheets

We have completely redesigned Attendance Sheets and they are now called Sheets to represent the updates.

The updates include the ability to show different information such as attendance, achievements, notes. The swimmers name is now clickable as is the attendance should you need to update it. You can also download the sheets to Excel should you wish to. We have also updated the colours used so there is a legend at the bottom

Voucher Information

As some of you would have already seen you can now view the voucher information (such as make up and lap / public swimming) on the people page, you no longer have to go into the Billing Account.

Package Pricing Information

Sometimes you want to see the pricing information for each of your schools. This is now available if you go to Facilities all this information is displayed one screen. You can click on any of the Package Pricing to update. You can also see all the Upcoming closures dates for that facility.

Cancelling a Session

You now have the option when cancelling a session, to credit the customers in bulk. It will calculate the credit to include any discounts that may have been applied.

Facility Closure Days

A couple of updates to closure days, firstly you can now add a date range for 14 days. Finally, you don’t have to enter the same information 14 times. You can also filter on a date range or name and download the closure date information.

We also improved closure days allowing you to have different modes for different courses for the same date.

Payments List Report

When you download this report you now have a column that displays all the tax collected for each transaction.

We will update you all with information about the reopen information when the work is completed as well as all the new / updated functions we developing.
