Moving Billing Account
There are occasions where a child or adult may need to move Billing Accounts such as split family, incorrectly set up.
You must remove all bookings and delete any vouchers such as make up, lap / public swimming of the person moving from the existing Billing Group.

Create the new customer and copy the New Billing Account number. Make a Note in the old Billing Account of the new number for reference.
- Go to the person’s profile page who you wish to remove from a billing account.
- Click on ‘View Account’ to enter into the Billing Account.
- On the right-hand side, you’ll see a list of all the people on the billing account. Next to the person who you wish to move, click on the edit symbol.
- Scroll down, you will see "New Billing Account: "
- Add the billing account of the new account into the field above
- Click confirm, the person will be moved
Add in any vouchers and booking. Remember you will have to reverse the prorated invoice.
All booking history including Achievements and Course Completions will not be lost....
