Closing down sessions

On occasion you may need to close a session or sessions down. For a period of time you may still have customers booked in but you do not want anyone else to book in.

Go to Sessions - Edit Session

• Allow bookings:
  • All Bookings Allowed - this allows customers to book in to this session in Udio or Customer Accounts
  • No New Bookings Allowed - no one will be able to book into this class in Udio or Customer Accounts

You will see in Sessions the class will be transparent and say 'No bookings allowed'.

In the Calendar view the session will be displayed but will have no spots showing and the wording 'No Bookings'
