Bookings a customer in for Learn to Swim Week

When adding the customer information into Udio, please ensure that you click on the answer ‘Learn to Swim Week’.

To book a customer in:

•      On Sessions page – find the session that the customer wants to book into
•      ‘Add Student’ – ‘Booking for this session’
•      ‘Find people’ – enter the swimmers name – select
•      Click ‘Confirm’
•      Select ‘LTS Week’ package
•      Click ‘Confirm Selection & Create Booking’
•      No fee will raise and the booking will have a label of ‘LTS week’
