Creating Learn to Swim vouchers

If your business is participating in Learn to Swim week you may wish to create a voucher label for this type of booking, allowing you to track the number of bookings made.

You will need to create a voucher and add a price of $0.00.

Go to Settings

•      People – ‘Configure survey questions’
•      Edit the Joining Question and add ‘LTS week promotion’

Go back to Settings

•      Courses & Programmes – ‘Configure course programmes’
•      You can use and existing Program or create one called ‘Special’ or ‘LTS week’. As there is no money involved it doesn’t matter where it goes.

Go back to Settings

•      Packages & Purchasing – ‘Configure voucher types’
•      ‘Add New Voucher Type’ – LTS Week Promotion
•      Add an expiry date and tick the courses you wish to participate
•      Click Confirm
•      Click on ‘Add New Pricing Option’
•      Enter your start date and a price of 0.00.
•      Select the Schools involved
•      Click ‘Confirm’

Go back to Settings

•      Packages & Purchasing – ‘Configure packages, pricing and availability’
•      ‘Add New Package’
•      Select ‘Vouchers Package’
•      Enter the name ‘LTS week’
•      Select the ‘Voucher type’ LTS week
•      Voucher quantity is 1
•      You can choose to have it under Special or displayed
•      Tick ‘Available for Purchase;
•      Click ‘Confirm’
