Updating Courses for Customer Accounts

You have the ability to allow only certain courses to be booked into such as Age Based Programmes and the remainder directed to Assessments.

You can also set up your Holiday Program, new customers can either book into a level or assessment depending on your policy.

Returning customers can only book back into the level they left you in.

To update the Courses that you wish customer to book directly into. From Settings go to ‘Configure Courses’ and Edit the first course.

Update the following fields:

  •  Related courses – this is for your school holiday program. Enter the courses that your holiday program relates to, so the Course Achievements will be visible on the Holiday Sessions.
  •  Mode (applies to online enrolments through Customer Accounts) -
    •   For Everyone – this course is open to all people with no age limit
    •   New Customers only – only customers without previous bookings in this course are allowed to make a booking.
    •   Enrolled only – Existing customers only can book into these courses.
  •  Minimum age (months) - Enter the minimum age for this course
  •  Maximum age (months) – Enter the maximum age for this course. If this is course is open to all ages you do not need to enter ages
  •  Introduction email if you haven’t already created one. Remember, you need to have created the email template
  •  You can add a Description that will appear on the Customer Accounts as information for your customers.
  •  Logo or image – you can upload a logo or image which will be used in a couple of different locations including your website if you want to display Achievements and Course Completions on your website and for your Child’s Progress.

Repeat for all Courses.
