Setting up Payrix

1. Settings  - General Settings – Click Enable IntegraPay.

2. There will be a new section Settings - IntegraPay Settings: Add Username and Password.

3. Settings - Configure Facility – ‘Edit Facility'.

4. Enter Business reference for this facility (if provided by IntegraPay) and eDDR Template GUID. The eDDR should only be entered after the b= and not the whole URL

5. Open any billing account and click "Add Direct Debit information" in IntegraPay section.

You can also direct your customers to the Customer Portal to add their own Direct Debit Information. Please ensure you have added your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy under Settings – Customer Accounts – Customer Account settings.

Merchant Warrior can provide them to you in word format to copy and paste.
