Answers List

The Answers List report displays the same totals as Answer Summary but allows you to see each individual transaction. You can also click on the name and it will take you to the person’s page.

This can be particularly helpful for the leaving question should you want to contact those customers.

When this report is downloaded, extra information is in the spreadsheet including email address and if they have booked back into your programme. This will help should you wish to email or SMS customers that are not currently booked into your programme.
