Create Private lessons

Go to the ‘Sessions’ Tab:

•       Select your Start Date of the sessions
•       Select one or multiple Weekdays. Because you are selecting Weekly, Udio know the interval is weekly
•       Select one or more times. You may have the same session on the same day at multiple times. Ensure they are in the same Resource
•       Choose your duration of the Session from the Drop Down Box
•       Tick the ‘Resources are only for those sessions’ checkbox if the session requires the specific resource exclusively
•       Booking Configuration
•       Click on ‘Add Another’
•       Click type and select ‘Student’
•       Enter the minimum and the maximum
•       Repeat for other booking types, such as Teacher, On Pool Deck Supervisor

If this is not a perpetual class, you will need to cancel the sessions manually.
