Cancelling a Lesson and Issuing 'make up' Lesson

If a customer wants to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be automatically issued.

  • Go to the customers 'people' page
  • Scroll down to upcoming 'bookings'
  • Click 'cancel' for the relevant session

OR

  •    Go to the ‘Sessions’ tab and filter for the session
  •    Select ‘View Details’, click on ‘Cancel Booking’ next to the student and ‘Confirm.’

* If your business does not have a make up policy, then when you cancel a lesson there will be no option to apply the make up.
